Returns & Refund Policy

At J CROUN, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products.
Each gemstone and jewelry piece is created with precision, passion, and care.
However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all certificates, tags, and receipts.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note:
Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or refunded unless found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at returns@jcroungems.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct shipping address.

  3. The item must be shipped back to us within 5 business days after approval.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive an email notification about the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items returned without prior approval.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Delays caused by shipping or customs.

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same product type or another item of equal value, depending on stock availability.
If the replacement item costs more, we’ll provide you with a payment link for the price difference.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Once the item has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or engraved jewelry

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sales
